I understand that, because I’m not just a coach, I’m a mom of four who has walked through these years myself. I’ve seen firsthand how early self-doubt, comparison, and outside pressures can begin to shape how girls see themselves.

That’s why I became a certified confidence coach, to help pre-teens and teens build a strong sense of self, develop real confidence, and learn how to navigate life with resilience and self-worth.

With a background in marketing and communication, I’ve spent years understanding how people think, connect, and express themselves, skills I now use to help girls find their voice and show up confidently in the world.

As a recruiter and judge for the Miss USA Massachusetts and Maine state pageants, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring young women to grow not just in confidence but in presence, self-belief, and authenticity.

My mission is simple: to help girls tune out the noise of the world around them and reconnect with who they truly are, so they can stand tall, trust themselves, and move through life with confidence.

Because when a girl believes in herself, everything changes.
