The Experience, Step by Step
-
Getting to know one another - Small Group Sharing
The morning I begin by helping each girl connect with who she is at her core, building self-awareness, confidence, and a strong sense of identity in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Key topics I will be discussing:
Identifying Strengths & Values – Understanding what makes them unique and how to embrace their authenticity.
Confidence in Self-Expression – Exploring ways to express their true selves without fear of judgment.
Life is a Journey – Embracing Every Stage with Grace
Life unfolds in stages, each bringing new challenges, growth, and opportunities. In this lesson, we’ll explore the different phases of life and discuss why it’s essential to be kind to ourselves along the way. By learning to embrace change, practice self-compassion, and appreciate where we are in our journey, we can navigate life with confidence and resilience.
My Internal Temperature – Understanding and Managing Emotional Triggers
We all experience moments when our emotions start to rise, whether it’s frustration, anxiety, or anger. In this lesson, we’ll learn how to recognize what triggers these emotions and explore healthy ways to bring our “emotional temperature” back down. By developing self-awareness and practicing calming techniques, we can respond to situations with confidence and control rather than reacting impulsively.
Goal Setting - How will I show up this year
How do I want people to feel when they're around me?
What kind of friend do I want to be?
How will I handle challenges?
What will confidence look like for me?
When I walk into school, how do I want to carry myself?
What habits will help me become the person I want to be?
What is one thing I'll do even when I'm nervous?
What does it feel like when I show up prepared for success
My Promise to Myself
This year, I will show up as the best version of myself. I know I won't be perfect, but I will keep growing, keep learning, and keep believing in who I am becoming.
-
This is where confidence becomes visible.
Girls will learn posture, presence, and how to carry themselves with intention, ending with a fun, empowering runway-style walk. -
Mini Photo Shoot
This is: “I see myself differently now.”
She’ll step in front of the camera and capture this new sense of confidence, walking away with photos that reflect who she’s becoming.
